Once again we’ve finished the mountain bike season 2018/19 with our annual End of Season Party. Banter abounded, good brews enjoyed and most importantly – a decent amount was raised for the Queenstown Mountain Bike Club.

The night began with some great tunes by “Victory” over at Farelli’s Trattoria. Whom once again have opened their doors together with us to make more space for everyone on the night. Big thank you to TomTom for providing us with sound system lights and screens showing some mountain bike clips.

This year for the first time we had the Atlas Mt Bike Photo Competition. We had some astonishing entries. Good job to everyone who participated. During the night people were putting in their votes for the best photo of the season. Jake Hood took the $500 cash reward home. Well done mate! All photos sold on the night to add to our tally.
This wasn’t the only competition that night. The QMTBC had a trail naming competition for the new jump trail in Fernhill, which now called McNearly Gnarly – an absolute must ride!
